1. Fixed-Price Quotations & Warranty Coverage

All repair work carried out by Garage Door Repair UK (garagedoorrepair.uk) is preceded by an on-site mechanical and electrical inspection and a clear fixed-price quotation before any parts are fitted. Replacement counterbalance springs, swaged lifting cables, rollers, and electric tubular/boom motors carry a minimum 12-month parts and labour warranty. New made-to-measure insulated aluminium electric roller garage doors carry a 5-year manufacturer product warranty.

2. Safety Compliance (BS EN 12453 & BS EN 13241)

In accordance with UK Machinery Safety Regulations, we do not bypass or bridge faulty optical/resistive safety edges on remote-controlled automatic roller doors. Where a safety sensor has failed, our engineers repair or replace the sensing edge or configure compliant hold-to-run wall control operation until replacement parts are fitted.
